Why are prices increasing?
Our prices have not changed since 2024. Since then, we’ve invested heavily in new equipment and advanced trainer qualifications to improve service quality. The increase helps us maintain these high standards while managing rising business costs.
How much is the increase?
Most Personal Training packages will increase by around 13% and Sports Massage services and packages between 20% and 25%. This reflects two years of inflation, significant facility upgrades, and continued investment in staff development whilst maintaining competitive prices in the industry.
Over the past two years, both of our trainers have completed higher-level professional qualifications. These qualifications go well beyond the minimum standards typically required in most gym environments and allow us to deliver:

Our pricing reflects the level of expertise, care, and service our clients receive.
What improvements have been made?
We’ve invested £15,000 in new training equipment in January 2025 and invested a significant amount in higher-level coaching qualifications, improving services /session quality, safety, and results for clients.
Are packages still good value?
Yes. Our packages remain cheaper per session than single bookings, offering better value for regular clients.

enhanced performance. Packages are designed for clients who want consistent care and the best
long-term value, offering reduced hourly rates compared to single sessions.
Do existing clients get any notice?
Yes. We’re giving plenty of notice so clients can plan or renew packages at current rates where applicable.
When do the new prices start?
The new pricing will come into effect from 1st of March 2026.
Will there be any more price increases in the future?
We will review prices yearly to reflect any rise of business costs to be able to provide the best service possible to our clients.
