DOBIE OPTIMUM FITNESS is a one to one personal and small group training facility. The studio is bright, spacious and fitted with high quality equipment to help you take your fitness to the next level.
We offer one-to-one and two-to-one (buddy) personal training led by our experienced certified personal trainers. Personal training is the fastest way to reach your fitness goals with the appropriate nutrition guidance, training programme and exercise technique/form. We will motivate and educate you based on your personal needs, whether you want to lose weight, get back in shape, or push yourself to the next fitness level. We work with you and start you off at your fitness level. Our friendly, considerate, highly educated and certified personal trainers will develop a customised workout programme for you to maximise the results and walk away with knowledge and motivation to maintain your new fitness level highs.
Sports Massage (or deep tissue massage) is a great way to improve your range of movement and reduce recovery time to elevate your fitness to new highs. However, you don't have to be an athlete to benefit from a sports massage. It is designed to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, increase your range of movement as well as help prevent and heal injuries.
No need to worry about high pressure during massage, this can be adjusted to suit your own individual preferences.

One-to-one or even buddy personal training can get quite expensive and fitness classes in other gyms can be very crowded. This is exactly the reason we offer a variety of different fitness classes with a capacity of 5 to 10 clients per class. Small classes allow our trainers to work closely with you from the very start and adjust exercises to your fitness level whilst monitoring your form and technique, so you perform all the exercises correct and most importantly – safe. Whilst keeping classes small, we do not compromise on their variety, therefore there is something for everyone: from bodyweight drills, circuit training to unique stepper classes. We are also offering Pilates classes to help with your flexibility and body control.
